Situated in a unique location in Düsseldorf’s harbour, the Düsseldorf Hyatt Regency Hotel will open in 2010. It is a trendsetting and
design-oriented five star hotel with approx. 303 rooms and suites.
The 16 storey hotel tower is bound to attract attention as a leading business hotel designed in the new Global Hyatt style. The Hyatt Regency Hotel is being developed on a much sought-after harbour plot at the end of a headland. The hotel is accommodated in one of the two light-house-like twin towers and supplements its offer of luxurious rooms with a restaurant, bars, health club, spa and pool as well as extensive conference and congress facilities.
The construction of a 150 m long bridge spanning the port basin was implemented by the city of Düsseldorf last year and is already completed. The bridge makes for even closer ties with the city centre and facilitates a shorter connection to public transport.
Feuring Hotel Development GmbH acts as main contractor for this innovative building being responsible for the public areas and guest rooms.
