Job description:

While working for Feuring Projektmanagement GmbH you will be in charge of the on-site planning development of external designers and project developers for new buildings and renovation projects, acting as a builder’s representative. You will be responsible for the smooth equipping process of the entire hotel (FF&E/SOE). You will compile tender offers and price comparison lists and you will be personally responsible for the ensuing price negotiations. You will monitor the building costs and the completion deadlines. Quality control and snagging resulting from the final inspection and defects liability will also be your responsibility. You will assign external partners and companies at home and abroad. You will carry out location research and site evaluations for new hotels, conducting the first negotiations with potential investors. You will draw up investment budgets and carry out conceptual and designated use research for both new and reconstruction projects. You will incorporate the various internal engineers and operating departments into the individual planning phases. The reporting will also lie in your responsibility. You will be the interface for the investor, the future hotel operator, the engineers, architects and interior designers. Together with a team you will develop schedules, room book and space allocation plans in English and German. You will participate regularly in building meetings and jour fix appointments. You will take on the local site supervision of the building project.

Being a partner of investors and hotel operators we work hand in hand with project planners, architects, designers and suppliers.

 

Qualification:

You are a qualified architect, interior designer or you are a technically versed hotel business administrator or similar. You already have experience in calculations and quoting processes. You have knowledge in building finishings. You have very good English and good French in written and spoken form and you are familiar with the current MS Office software. As far as your personality is concerned, your team and communication skills and your analytical thinking are convincing. You enjoy working independently. This job involves a lot of travelling and stays within Europe for several months at a time.
