Task: Search for an Operator, FF&E/SOE

The roof of Frankfurt's ICE intercity railway station is the location of a futuristic nine-storey building measuring 660 metres long by 65 metres wide. About a third of the structure was planned to be occupied by a top five-star hotel with 680 rooms.

The final completion of the building was scheduled to take place early in 2007. Feuring Projektmanagement Ltd. has been involved in this major project right from the start. The search for a hotel operator and the negotiation of the lease was completed.

The next task involved the interior design of the rooms and corridors. The rooms are to be fitted in accordance with the specifications of the hotel operator, using unique artistic and technical elements and tailored to meet the needs of the business traveller.

The third task was the overall fitting layout of the premises (FF&/SOE).
