Located not far from Düsseldorf’s classy Kö shopping precinct and in the vicinity of the main railway station, this attractive project development began in 2000. The opening of the InterCity Hotel Düsseldorf was in January 2004. A sandstone structure of traditional design was blended into the existing office buildings to create a modern hotel for business travellers.

 

As the representative of the site owner, Feuring Projektmanagement Ltd. also negotiated leasing arrangements with the Steigenberger Group.

 

The 146-room hotel is designed to cater the demand for the latest communications and entertainment media. Four conference rooms offer ideal working facilities for up to 110 delegates.

 

Eye-catching catering facilities, with a separate breakfast room, the hotel’s own “Stellwerk” restaurant and bar, and the “Cigar and Whisky Lounge” are designed "to meet guests’ needs" in these areas.
