In March 2005 the Le Méridien was re-opened in Barcelona, after a renovation programme lasting several months.
Feuring Projektmanagement Ltd. has been responsible for the total refitting of the interior of the hotel, which is situated on Barcelona’s renowned Las Ramblas avenue.
The light and airy Mediterranean colours chosen for the rooms, along with the selection of high-quality natural materials, has helped to achieve a level of comfort that meets the latest global standards, completed with large plasma display screens and fast internet connection.
A total of 180 rooms and 32 suites with fascinating views over Las Ramblas and the city’s Gothic Quarter are now at the disposal of the hotel's discerning guests. Ten meeting rooms and conference venues of different sizes, all equipped with the latest technical facilities, can cater for up to 350 people. The restaurant and bar offer both a wide range of Mediterranean cuisine and a relaxing Catalan ambience.
