In the preliminary planning phase for a five‑star hotel in the grand and impressive listed building built in 1911/1912 between Kurfürstendamm and Lietzenburger Straße, Feuring Projektmanagement Ltd. provided specialist consultancy with regard to the design, drew up a basic hotel concept, collaborated in allocating the construction areas and worked out a space utilization program.
The project is currently not being realized as a hotel.
