Banimmo Real Estate built a 50,000 m˛ (gross floor area) property in Brussels on a 70‑hectare piece of land and converted it into a conference resort according to the international Dolce standard. 260 rooms at 4-star level were planned.
The work began in September 2005 and the resort opened in Spring 2007.
Feuring Projektmanagement Ltd. was commissioned by the investment company Banimmo Real Estate SA/NV to fit out (FF&E) the building.
The project management for the renovation of the spa and Turkish bath and the extension of the conference area was taken on in a follow‑on order.
The extremely successful operation of this popular Dolce hotel means that a further conversion is necessary. On addition 100 rooms are planned for 2009 and subsequent years.
