The Catalan golfing resort of Mas Nou is situated in the heart of the Club d´Aro golf course and is a golfer’s paradise.
16 buildings reflecting the typical architecture of the region accommodate 192 one, two or three room apartments with balcony.
Those holidaymakers with a preference for the great outdoors have a wide range of locally available activities to choose from such as tennis, diving, surfing and sailing. Nature lovers can indulge themselves with walks along the many hiking trails in the spectacular surrounding countryside.
Complementing their golfing activities, guests can enjoy a few lengths in the indoor or outdoor swimming pools or pamper themselves at the spa, all located on the complex.
At the traditional Vallvanerna panoramic restaurant guests can enjoy a wide range of regional and international specialities.
Feuring Projektmanagement GmbH was entrusted by the Hapimag AG with the creation of three en suite sample rooms. In addition to this, a timetable and a budget plan was to be set up. In cooperation with the interior designer a master plan for the central building is being developed. The final protocol for the sample room completes our assignment. Regarding design, materials and quality of the FF&E equipment, the sample room is meant to serve as base for the complete, partial or soft renovation.
