2010 will see the opening of the Hyatt Regency Hotel Düsseldorf, an ultra‑modern and design‑orientated five‑star hotel with approximately 303 rooms and suites, in a unique location in Düsseldorf harbor.
The 16‑story hotel tower will not only draw attention as a leading business hotel in the new design style of Global Hyatt. The Hyatt Regency Hotel is being created on a sought‑after plot at the end of a spit in the harbor. The Hyatt Regency Hotel Düsseldorf, which comprises a wing of the two lighthouse‑like twin towers, complements its luxurious rooms with a restaurant and bars as well as a health club and spa, a swimming pool and an extensive meeting and conference area.
A 150‑meter long bridge spanning the harbor basin was already completed last year by the city of Düsseldorf. This connects the hotel location even better to the center of the city and makes it easier to reach means of public transport.
Feuring Projektmanagement Ltd. is taking on the full provision of the FF&E/SOE for this innovative building.
