The opening of the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in the centre of Barcelona is planned for 2009. A completely renovated building constructed in the middle of the last century will contain 98 rooms and suites. The luxury rooms are characterised by Asian details.

 

In the meantime, the latest entertainment and communications technology is offered as a standard service within the Mandarin Oriental Group. A large spa area combines bathing cultures from all around the world.

Various gourmet restaurants offer culinary delights among other things on a terrace of 1.400 sqm.

 

In development stage, Feuring Projektmanagement Ltd. planned prototype rooms and was drawing-up budgets and costs.

Furthermore, Feuring Projektmanagement Ltd. was currently responsible for the complete furnishing (FF&E/SOE).
