All fixed (FF) and loose furnitures (FF & E), along with small items (SOE), form part of a single concept, which must be planned as early as possible and in any case no later than during the construction phase. The determining of product range, product design, interior design elements, colour and lighting and the selection of materials and furnishings are carried out as part of a highly elaborated draft, designed to harmonise with the overall architectural situation. We work in close collaboration with the investor and building operator to establish acceptable supplier, quality and price standards, which must be in accordance with the high expectations and comfort requirements of subsequent guests. Suitability for purpose, durability and cost effectiveness are all taken fully into account.
