• Monitoring in-time and in-budget realization of the interior architecture plans
• Analysis of the predefined hotel standards
• Preparation of the FF&E and OS&E budgets
• Fit-out of a mock-up room incl. documentation
• Handling the entire procurement chain and coordination of the FF&E, OS&E and the IT package
• Selection and presentation of alternative products
• Value engineering: coordination and definition of interfaces with other trades
• Coordination of deliveries along with entry checks and installation / trades interfacing in the hotel
• Regular updating, budget monitoring, auditing and releases
• Final commissioning and coordination of fault rectification
• Final invoice checks and releases
